Get ready to be voted out: Oyo governor Seyi Makinde puts Lagos APC on notice.
The governor of Oyo state who is also the chairman of the PDP reconciliation committee has put the APC is Lagos on notice.
He spoke after meeting with the Bode George faction of the party in Lagos as part of reconciliation efforts.
He expressed happiness for the way the meeting went and used the opportunity to put the APC on notice that a united PDP in Lagos will definitely end their undeserved dominance of Lagos political space.
Present at the meeting were Chief Bode George, former governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori; former Deputy governor of Lagos State, Senator Koforola Bucknor-Akerele; former Deputy National Chairman of the PDP, former Second Republic Transport Minister, Chief Ebenezer Babatope and others.
Makinde promised that this was only the first step in the reconciliation process and assured everyone that he would also reach out to the camp of the NWC approved State EXCO led by state Chairman, Adedeji Doherty.
