FULL LIST: Anambra Police Urge Owners to come Forward to Claim 14 Recovered Stolen Vehicles

The Anambra State Police Command has issued a call to the owners of fourteen recovered stolen vehicles to come forward and claim their property. The anti-crime squad of the command recently retrieved the vehicles, which are now stored at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) premises in Amawbia.

In a statement released on Wednesday, the Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, detailed that the vehicles come from various manufacturers. He emphasized that individuals who had their vehicles stolen, whether by armed robbers or other criminals, should visit the SCID with valid proof of ownership to reclaim their vehicles.

The state’s Commissioner of Police, CP Nnaghe Itam, reaffirmed the commitment of the police to not only recover stolen properties but also ensure their return to rightful owners. “The Command is dedicated to alleviating the sense of loss experienced by victims of such crimes,” stated SP Ikenga.

 

The list of recovered vehicles includes:

  1. Space wagon (Reg. No.: NNE 48 AS)
  2. Golf (Reg. No. THE 479 AA)
  3. Shuttle bus (Reg. No. AGU 364 ZW)
  4. Mitsubishi bus (Reg. No. CN 25 ABJ)
  5. Shuttle bus (Reg. No. JJT 442 ZF)
  6. Shuttle bus (Reg. No. AWK 913 ZQ)
  7. TVS Tricycle (Reg. No. AAH 410 VW)
  8. Topstar motorcycle (No reg. number)
  9. Honda Today motorcycle (No reg. number)
  10. Honda Cub motorcycle (No reg. number)
  11. Sanyang motorcycle (No reg. number)
  12. Keystone motorcycle (No reg. number)
  13. Another Honda Today motorcycle (No reg. number)

Vehicle owners are encouraged to act promptly to recover their vehicles and restore their peace of mind.
