Fubara Is the Political Leader of Rivers, We’re With Him” – Odili
Former Rivers State Governor Dr. Peter Odili has affirmed his support for Governor Siminalayi Fubara amid ongoing political tensions in the state.
At a Tuesday event in Port Harcourt, Odili told the governor that he enjoys the backing of the people of Rivers State. He described Fubara as the state’s political leader and encouraged him to remain steadfast.
“Your people are with you. They have asked me to tell you that you are the political leader of Rivers State,” Odili said. “Wherever you go, we will go with you. Wherever you stand, we will stand with you. You are on firm ground. Stand there and hold on to God.”
