FCT Polls: “Pack Your Belongings and Leave,” APC Campaigner Warns Residents Planning to Vote ADC, SDP

Tension is mounting in parts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) following threats issued by a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) against residents who intend to vote for opposition parties in Saturday’s Area Council elections.

In a video obtained by SaharaReporters, the APC campaigner was seen addressing supporters in Mabushi, a district within the Abuja Municipal Area Council. In a direct warning, the campaigner said young men were ready to act against anyone perceived to have betrayed the party at the ballot. He stated that residents who vote for ADC or SDP candidates should “pack their belongings” and find their way out of the town.
