Christian Genocide: Why Nigerians Should Support Trump – APC Chieftain
Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adamu Garba, has urged Nigerians to back the United States over its approach to the alleged genocide in the country, saying America’s efforts target both armed and economic terrorists.
In a post on X on Sunday, Garba explained that the U.S. government is focusing on two categories of culprits: those directly involved in killings and destruction, and those who misappropriate funds meant for security and social programmes.
He stressed that Washington is particularly concerned with the latter group, whose actions, he said, have far-reaching consequences on the global economy and could facilitate the spread of terrorism beyond Nigeria. He noted that the U.S. is tracking illicit financial flows, including funds moved to the Caribbean and laundered through cryptocurrency wallets.
Garba assured Nigerians that those not involved in either category have nothing to fear. He urged citizens to support international efforts aimed at combating both armed and economic terrorism in the country.
He wrote: “The U.S. is approaching the genocide issue against two profiled and equal culprits: the terrorist who carries out killings and destruction, and the politico-economic terrorist who steals money meant for fighting terrorism and preventive social programs. They are especially focused on the latter because of its wider impact on the global economy and potential to export terror. If you are not part of these groups, you have nothing to worry about, and should actively encourage efforts to cleanse both armed and economic terrorists from our country.”
