Celebrating Anambra Teachers and Students for Their Victorious Outing at the 2024 Presidential Schools Award

Your remarkable achievements have once again demonstrated the brilliance, hard work, and resilience that define our young people and the unwavering spirit of excellence in Anambra State.

These awards are not only a reflection of the academic prowess of our students but also a testament to the commendable efforts of our educators, who are the true pillars of this success. I am particularly proud of Mr. Nwosu Joseph Afamefuna of Government Technical College, Osomala, Ogbaru LGA, who emerged as the Overall Best Teacher in the entire country.

His achievement is a testament to his dedication, innovation, and the high standards of education that we hold dear in Anambra State. His recognition, alongside the victories of our students, highlights the harmonious relationship between teachers and learners, fostering a culture of excellence.

I also wish to extend my appreciation to Holy Child Secondary School, Isuofia, Aguata LGA, recognized as the Second Best Secondary School in the country, Dr. Grace Amara Umezinwa, Principal of Girls High School, Uga, Aguata LGA, who was awarded Second Best Secondary School Principal, and Chukwudumeme Franca Adaeze, Head Teacher of Aforigwe Primary School, Umudioka, Dunukofia LGA, named Second Best Primary Head Teacher. These accolades are well-deserved and underline the incredible commitment of our educational leaders to shaping the future of our state.

The unwavering dedication of our educators, parents, and leaders in creating an environment conducive to intellectual and creative growth is truly inspiring. You have made us immensely proud by raising the Anambra banner high on the national stage, showing that with determination, there are no limits to what we can achieve.
