Breaking: Bayelsa Governor Douye Diri wins appeal
A five man panel of the court of appeal has held that the Bayelsa elections petition tribunal acted outside its powers when it nullified the election of Governor Douye Diri of the PDP.
The court overturned the judgement and affirmed Diri as the lawfully elected Governor of Bayelsa state.
