Breaking: Audu Maikori floors El Rufai in Court of Appeal
The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has awarded damages against the Kaduna state government for illegally abducting chocolate city boss Audu Maikori from Lagos to Kaduna in 2017.
The justices affirmed that the Kaduna State government led by Nasir El Rufai egregiously violated the rights of Mr Maikori when they abducted him.
The Court assesed the damage caused to Mr Maikori at N10.5m.
