“APC is Better Compared to the Mess in LP,” Former Obi/Datti Deputy Campaign Manager Says as He Returns to Ruling Party
Aviation expert and youth activist Comrade Isaac Balami has parted ways with the Labour Party (LP) and rejoined the All Progressives Congress (APC). Balami, who previously served as the National Deputy Campaign Manager for the Obi/Datti ticket in the 2023 presidential election, made this announcement during a media parley in Abuja on Wednesday.
Explaining his decision to leave the LP, Balami reflected on his prior departure from the APC ahead of the last presidential elections. He noted that his experiences within the LP, particularly when contrasted with the first year of President Tinubu’s administration, prompted him to reconsider his political affiliations and ultimately return to the APC. Balami stated, “APC is better compared to the mess in LP,” underscoring his renewed confidence in the ruling party.
