APC Crisis: Court Orders Suspension of Oshiomhole
A Federal Capital Territory’s High Court has ordered the suspension of the embattled National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole.
In his ruling on Wednesday, Justice Senchi Z. Danlami gave an order of interlocutory injunction restraining Comrade Adams Oshiomhole from parading himself as the National Chairman of the APC, pending the hearing and determination of the substance suit.
It would be recalled that a faction of the APC in Edo State led by the Chairman, Anselem Ojezua last November suspended Oshiomhole from the party following a vote of no confidence.
