There are indications that the Nigerian government may have discovered a few more cases of Coronavirus across the country but have refused to announce to members of the public.

At least 6 new cases may have been discovered in Abuja. Health sources disclosed that the ministry of health has refused to update Nigerians on the true status of the monitoring exercise and instead prefer to hide the patients and their statuses.

The six new patients are Chinese and believed to be employees of a construction firm in Abuja. They were secretly moved to an isolation centre at the University of Abuja Teaching hospital Gwagwalada in Abuja. They are believed to be already developing symptoms of the virus.

Policemen have been deployed to protect the facility very close to the trauma centre.

This comes just after the government had admitted they had not successfully traced over 130 patient who had travelled with the Italian who was the first known victim of the virus in Nigeria.

The facts are that the Coronavirus is not a disease that kills ordinarily. It has symptoms of a flu and only 4% of those who contract it will need hospital care.
