“A Calabar Man Has Taken Over in PH” – Joe Igbokwe Reacts as Sole Administrator Assumes Office in Rivers State
Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (Rtd) officially took charge as the sole administrator of Rivers State today, March 20. The retired naval officer arrived at the Rivers State Government House in Port Harcourt, where he is expected to oversee the administration of the state amidst ongoing political tensions.
Reacting to the development, All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain Joe Igbokwe shared photos of Ibas seated in the state’s seat of power and wrote, “When two siblings fought themselves to death, a stranger would take over their inheritance. A Calabar man has taken over in PH.”
