75% of Rivers Primary Schools Lack Teachers, 90% in Dilapidated State, Reveals Governor Fubara
In a startling revelation, Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has disclosed that a staggering 75 per cent of primary schools in the state are without teachers, while a whopping 90 per cent are in a dilapidated condition.
