A 27-year-old man, Adewale Ogundeji, appeared before the Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, facing charges of house breaking and theft, including the alleged stealing of a pot of soup.
Ogundeji, whose residential address was not disclosed, pleaded not guilty to the charges. The incident allegedly occurred on July 6 at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Balogun Road, Oke Ibadan, near Oje market.
