Young Woman Murdered in Her Apartment by Unknown Assailant
Agbor, Delta State – A young woman, identified as Christabel Aminu, was tragically murdered in her apartment in Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area.
Preliminary reports indicate that unknown assailants broke into Aminu’s home, killed her, and stole her phone, jewelry, and other valuables. Details surrounding the incident remain limited as investigations continue.
Activist Ochiegbu Marvelous confirmed the attack on Saturday, October 25, 2025, and revealed that a suspect has been arrested in connection with the crime. According to Marvelous, the suspect was apprehended in the afternoon while attempting to sell Aminu’s phone.
“We lost one of our comrades in Agbor today. It is with great sadness that we announce the tragic murder of our female comrade in her home. Rest in peace, our dear comrade,” Marvelous said.
Authorities are investigating the incident further to determine the motive and whether others were involved.
