Yinka Theisen Announces Split from Linc Edochie Less Than a Month After Wedding was Made Public

Yinka Theisen has announced the end of her relationship with Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, less than a month after their wedding was made public. She shared the news on Instagram, writing: “In all things we say thank you Lord! My relationship with Linc is over. No hard feelings at all. I am very sad but in all things we thank God.”

The announcement comes after tensions escalated between Yinka and supporters of May Edochie, the estranged wife of Linc’s younger brother, Yul Edochie. Yinka had publicly criticised May and reportedly shared her phone number online, prompting backlash from May’s fans.

In a separate post, Linc hinted at the strain in the relationship, stating that he was choosing peace over what he described as a “landmine” union. The couple has since unfollowed each other on Instagram.

The brief union was first revealed earlier this month by Ovation Magazine publisher Dele Momodu, who shared the news with congratulatory messages. Linc Edochie is one of the sons of legendary Nigerian actor Peter Edochie.
