Woman cries after being held at NCDC Isolation centre for 57 days

A woman Susan Idoko Lawani has once again cried out from the Isolation centre, where she has alleged she is being ‘incarcerated’.

In a video that went viral, she was heard lamenting about her ‘detention’ for 57days.

Despite initial resistance, she has since offered herself for tests conducted by NCDC. She laments that, she has had 5 tests so far and the last one being on Thursday 14th May 2020.

She however states since the last test ‘…..No one has spoken to me, no one has given me any result, nobody has told me anything, and I am wondering what exactly they are doing with me……’

She further pleads with Nigerians to help her reach out to the NCDC to release her so she can unite with her children and grandchildren. She is presently not being fed and her health is obviously deteriorating and needs very urgent medical attention.

You would recall that Susan Lawani came into Nigeria from UK on 22nd of March 2020 for a burial. She was the alleged Benue State index case who was initially isolated at the Benue State Teaching Hospital before being moved to Abuja after initially resisting tests claiming she wasn’t sick and doesn’t have any known symptoms.

She has since being in ‘detention’.
