Video: Kenyan Health Secretary Makes Bizarre Arguments Against COVID-19 Vaccine
As the world welcomes news of the successful trial of COVID-19 vaccine by pharmaceutical giant, Pfizer, the Kenyan Health Secretary, Mutahi Kagwe appears not to excited.
In a bizarre television appearance, Kagwe expressed reservations on the importance of the vaccine.

The European Commission has indicated interest to secure up to 300 million doses of the Vaccine that recorded 90% success rate during trial. President of the EU executive arm, Ursula Von der Leyen disclosed this on Wednesday.
“This is the most promising vaccine so far. Once this vaccine becomes available, our plan is to deploy it quickly, everywhere in Europe” von der Leyen said.
