Video: Crowd Chants ‘ Sai Atiku’ As PDP G5 Governors Campaign For Makinde In Ibadan
The five aggrieved Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governors, under the banner of G5, were in Mapo, Ibadan, for the official second term campaign flag off of Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde.
The governors, Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Nyesom Wike (Rivers), Samuel Ortom (Benue), Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia) and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Enugu), who were dressed in the same Agbada attire, arrived at the venue at exactly 1pm.
They were welcomed by thousands of party faithful and supporters who thronged the venue.
However, there was a mild drama when Gov Wike took the mic to address the crowd.
He admonished the crowd to vote for all PDP candidates in the state but wait for Gov Seyi Makinda’s directive for the presidential candidate to vote for.
The large crowd would not have any of it and started chanting ‘Sai Atiku’
