‘The Same Northern Leaders Instigating You to Fight IPOB are Busy Negotiating with their Fellow Fulani Bandits’, Kanu Attacks South East Governors
The fugitive leader of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples Of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu again launched a scathing attack on the governors from the South East geopolitical region for their complicity in the ‘Operation Python Dance 2’.

Governors from the region has repeatedly denied their involvement in the ‘Operation Python Dance’. Chairman of the South East Governors Forum and the governor of Ebonyi state, Dr. Dave Umahi said they knew nothing about the Operation. Umahi who spoke in Enugu on Saturday after the meeting of the South East Governors Forum said they did not invite the military to the region.
“Southeast governors never invited the army nor were Southeast governors informed of any of their operations on Python Dance until the operations were already started in the states.
“Southeast governors would like to write to Mr. President to request for a meeting with him and all the Security Chiefs on security to douse tension in the region,” he said.
Kanu has ordered attacks on Governors and some political leaders from the region whenever they visit foreign countries for their complicity in the operation Python Dance.
A former deputy president of the Senate, Ike Ekweremadu was assaulted by members of IPOB last month in Germany at an Igbo event.
There was outrage on Nigerian social media spaces on Friday when a picture of the Governor of Kastina state, Bello Masari negotiating with bandits in the state emerged.
