People are just idiotic in praising hopeless characters who are actually responsible for their lack of progress and untold suffering.
If you want to last long around someone like me you better be ready to challenge me when I’m screwing up.
People who say leader, boss and praise useless people just irritate the fuck out of me.
Someone is chopping your money and you are still hailing him…Na craze? You should be annoyed that he is depriving you of your due.
Let people earn the right to be praised for what they do…Not just because you depend on them for tips or because they are in a position of leadership.
A leader is someone who sacrifices for his people. Who gives of himself to ensure that others are okay. A leader is never happy if people around him are suffering.
So next time before you call someone leader, Boss etc. See if they tick the right boxes…Make sure they deserve it.
