With this impressive leap, the three-time African champions now claim the 28th spot globally, showcasing their prowess on the international football stage.
Additionally, Nigeria has solidified its standing as the third-best team in Africa, trailing closely behind Morocco, who leads the continental rankings, and Senegal securing the second position.
The top five African teams are rounded off by Egypt and Cote d’Ivoire, contributing to a dynamic landscape of football talent on the continent.
