Strange foamy substance floods Ikorodu Road, Anthony Village in Lagos
A strange foamy substance has taken over roads in Lagos. Affected roads include the busy Ikorodu road just before Maryland and some inner roads around the area.
One of the voice overs in the footage described it as snow in Lagos.
It is not clear what the substance is but some feel like it may be a chemical agent from a burst industrial pipe.
