In a startling revelation, renowned music producer Olumide Ogunade, popularly known as ID Cabasa, has alleged that cars, properties, and various assets gifted by Naira Marley to Zinoleesky were actually registered under their former record label’s name. The shocking disclosure came to light in an Instagram video posted by ID Cabasa on Monday evening.
Expressing his disbelief, ID Cabasa stated, “I started hearing other stuff coming from that label that even some of the things that they said that they bought for the other guy, the house, the cars, were not in that boy’s name. Omo, that is wickedness.”
Peoples Gazette reached out to the Marlian label for comment regarding these allegations, but they did not immediately respond.
This revelation from ID Cabasa is part of his ongoing lamentation and frustration over the sudden and controversial death of Afrobeats artiste MohBad. ID Cabasa strongly believes that the authorities should investigate individuals, including Naira Marley and MohBad’s father, who are suspected of having a role in the musician’s demise.
“Look at all the harassment videos, look at everything, look at the lies against him. I don’t want to mention names, but I have a strong feeling that whatever is going on is deeper than what we are seeing,” ID Cabasa remarked. “I urge the police to look beyond the day of death so that the real culprits can be brought to justice.”
In a poignant statement, the artiste emphasized, “The justice I seek is not for the boy dying. It is more about the things that happened that killed the boy (MohBad) before he eventually died,” alluding to online videos that depict MohBad being mistreated and bullied by Naira Marley, Sammy Larry, and others. This revelation raises further questions about the circumstances surrounding MohBad’s tragic passing.
