Shocking Discovery: Woman’s Corpse Unearthed at Government Construction Site in Anambra
According to a report from Anambra People Magazine, a chilling discovery was made on Saturday at the Light of the Nation Tower construction site in Ekwulobia, Anambra State. Construction workers uncovered the body of a woman who appeared to have been freshly buried on the site. The discovery has raised serious questions about the identity of the woman and the circumstances of her death.
The construction site, part of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s ambitious plan to beautify the area and develop a smart mega city, is also hosting the building of the Ekwulobia Flyover and road dualization. Sources have indicated that the body appears to have been recently buried, adding to the mystery surrounding the situation. Investigations revealed that the woman’s husband had passed away about five years ago, but no further details have been disclosed.
A large crowd quickly gathered at the scene as news spread, with many locals expressing shock and concern. While attempts to contact the construction company for comment were unsuccessful, sources within the community confirmed that local leaders had been notified of the incident. It is anticipated that a formal report will soon be filed with the police. However, as of Saturday afternoon, the authorities had not officially confirmed whether the matter had been reported to them.
