Seun Kuti Set To Leave Custody Tuesday After Lawyer Confirms Meeting All Bail Conditions
Counsel for Afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti, Ayo Ademiluyi on Tuesday confirmed that all bail conditions have been met by his client whom he disclosed is expected to be released later on Tuesday
Chief Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun of the Yaba Magistrate court in a ruling on Thursday last week gave the police additional four days to conclude all investigations on the afrobeat singer following his alleged assault on a police officer.
The Yaba Magistrate court is expected to sit Tuesday morning and decide the fate of Seun Kuti.
