Presidential Election Tribunal Begins Sitting Today
The Court of Appeal will today, May 08, begin hearing on the petitions by five political parties challenging the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) declaration of APC’s Bola Tinubu as winner of the 2023 Presidential Election
Some of the petitioners are asking for a nullification of the election, while others are seeking outright declaration as winner.
Expectations are high as Nigerians want a speedy resolution of controversies surrounding the election to determine the legitimacy of the process and its outcome
