Portable Acknowledges Using ‘Juju’ After Victory Over Speed Darlington in Celebrity Boxing Match
Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has stirred conversation after admitting to using diabolical powers, commonly referred to as “juju,” during his celebrity boxing match against fellow entertainer Speed Darlington. The bout, held over the weekend, saw Portable declared winner of the ‘Chaos in the Rings’ title after Speed Darlington failed to continue into the second round, citing a broken arm sustained during the first round.
Following the match, Speed Darlington took to Instagram to share his thoughts on the outcome, suggesting that his defeat was influenced by supernatural means. He expressed confusion over how the injury occurred, saying, “I don’t know what exactly happened, maybe it was the juju that Portable brought. I wasn’t tired, but my hand got dislocated.”
In a swift response, Portable confirmed the claim in a video message, embracing the accusation and challenging Speed Darlington to do the same. “I am not a loser, I am a winner. He [Speed Darlington] is saying I used juju. Yes, na juju, go find your own juju,” he said, while thanking his fans for their support.
