Obi, Amaechi Will Clash Over ADC Presidential Ticket – Primate Ayodele Prophesies
Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has predicted an impending clash between former Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi and Labour Party’s former presidential candidate Peter Obi over the 2027 presidential ticket of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition. Speaking during the launch of his annual prophecy book *Warnings to the Nations* (2025/2026 edition), the cleric warned that the ADC coalition—though divinely inspired—risks collapse due to political self-interest.
According to Primate Ayodele, the coalition holds the potential to create a significant political shift ahead of the 2027 elections. However, he cautioned that internal rivalry and personal ambition could derail its prospects. Specifically, he foresees a public fallout between Obi and Amaechi over who will emerge as the coalition’s presidential flagbearer.
He further stated that the tensions could lead to both politicians pulling out of the alliance, especially if Obi fails to secure the ticket. “If Peter Obi doesn’t get the presidential ticket, he would pull out of the coalition,” Ayodele warned. “Like I said, the coalition is divine but humans can jeopardize the movement. They need to be careful.”
The cleric urged caution among the coalition’s stakeholders, warning that selfish political motives could undermine what he believes to be a spiritually guided initiative.
