Obasanjo Officially Joins APC in Ogun State
Iyabo Obasanjo, daughter of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has formally joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State.
The development was confirmed on Wednesday by Biodun Ajayi, a former chairman of Abeokuta South Local Government and a close associate of Iyabo.
Ajayi told Vanguard that Iyabo completed her e-registration as an APC member on Tuesday at Ibogun, Ward 11, in Ifo Local Government Area.
“I can confirm that Prof. Iyabo Obasanjo completed her online registration as a member of our party on Tuesday at Ibogun Ward 11, Ifo Local Government,” Ajayi said.
