NDDC acting MD faints while giving testimony to House committee

The acting MD of the Niger Delta Development Commission Prof. Kemebradikumo Pondei today slumped in his seat while giving testimony before the house of representatives committee on the NDDC today.

Those present in the hearing rushed to resuscitate him.

A man can be seen in the footage trying to pry his mouth open. Another can be seen fanning him while another one rushed towards him with a bottle of water.
