NDC Courts Obi and Kwankwaso as Party Deadline Nears for 2027 Ticket

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has reached out to Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso, both prominent figures in the African Democratic Congress (ADC), urging them to consider joining its platform ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a post on X on Sunday, the party signaled interest in securing both politicians for its presidential race, noting a narrow window before the nomination deadline.

They argue that the current schedule places them at a disadvantage in preparing for the polls.
