To address the challenges ahead, the NLC has commenced training for its state council leaders. The aim is to equip them with strategies to ensure the smooth implementation of the new wage and prevent the missteps of the past. Ajaero highlighted that the full success of the minimum wage law hinges on its actual implementation at all levels of government. He warned that leaders who compromise for personal interests would face severe consequences, saying, “The overall outcome will depend on the choices you make.
