Masked Security Operatives Abduct Galadima

A Spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party Campaign Organisation (PDPCO), Alhaji Buba Galadima was on Sunday abducted by masked security operatives in his Abuja residence and taken to an unknown location.
According to an audio recording obtained by SK’s blog, one Mr. Michael Olanrewaju a Personal Assistant to Galadima said the operatives came in an unmarked Honda Civic car.
Galadima’s arrest came few hours after Mr. Festus Keyamo, the spokesman for the Buhari Campaign Organization called for his arrest. The move is seen by many observers as an attempt to intimidate the opposition ahead of declaration of results of Saturday’s polls.
Nigerians await official declaration of results by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in a keenly contested presidential and National Assembly election, an election marred by violence and intimidation in several states.
