Kogi APC Guber Primary: Smart Adeyemi, 4 Others Reject Outcome
The outcome of the governorship primary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kogi State, has been rejected by some aspirants.
APC in Kogi State held its primary election, which produced Ahmed Usman Ododo as its governorship candidate.
Aspirants who rejected the result of the primary election include Senator Smart Adeyemi, ex-Minister of State for Labour and Productivity, Professor Stephen Ocheni, son of late ex-Governor Abubakar Audu, Shuaibu, and Murtala Yakubu Ajaka.
Addressing a press conference on behalf of the others, Adeyemi disclosed that there was no election, hence, Ododo’s emergence can’t be accepted.
