Kidnapped Chibok schoolgirl escapes from Boko Haram enclosure
One of the kidnapped Chibok students has reportedly escaped from the lair of her assailants based on testimony from her parent and confirmed by the BBC.
According to the reports, an undisclosed number of the girls eloped from the camp of Boko Haram.
The terrorist organization, Boko Haram kidnapped 276 schoolgirls from Chibok town in Borno State and the Nigerian government was only able to secure the release of 82 of the entire abducted students, leaving 114 in captivity.
It is unclear how many of the students managed to flee from the enclosure.
