JUST IN: Tinubu Nominates Kingsley Udeh for Ministerial Appointment, Seeks Senate Approval
President Bola Tinubu has nominated Dr Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), for appointment as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and has requested the Senate’s confirmation.
The nomination was contained in a letter addressed to Senate President Godswill Akpabio and read during Tuesday’s plenary session. Udeh currently serves as the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Enugu State.
In the letter, Tinubu expressed confidence in Udeh’s qualifications and urged the Senate to give the request prompt consideration. Following the reading of the letter, Akpabio referred the nomination to the Committee of the Whole for immediate review.
