President Bola Tinubu has wrapped up his two-week “private visit” to France, returning to Nigeria on Tuesday night. The president’s departure from Nigeria was initially announced on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, through a statement from his aide, Ajuri Ngelale.
The statement released by Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, had conveyed, “President Bola Tinubu departs Abuja for Paris, France, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, for a private visit. He will return to the country in the first week of February, 2024.”
This visit, described as private, has garnered attention, and President Tinubu’s return is expected to mark the resumption of his official duties in the nation’s capital, Abuja.
