JUST IN: Peter Obi Visits Atiku Abubakar Amid Speculations of Future Alliance
In a surprise move, the 2023 PDP Presidential candidate and national leader of the party, Atiku Abubakar, received a courtesy visit from Peter Obi, the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, at his Abuja residence today.
While details remain scarce, insider sources revealed to SK Blog that the two political heavyweights deliberated on the nation’s economic challenges and strategies to bolster opposition against the current administration led by President Tinubu.
Speculations are rife that the meeting also broached the topic of a potential joint ticket for the 2027 elections, reminiscent of their collaboration in 2019, where Atiku led the PDP’s presidential bid with Obi as his running mate.
