JUST IN: APGA Endorses Tinubu as 2027 Presidential Candidate
The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has officially adopted President Bola Tinubu as its candidate for the 2027 presidential election. The announcement was made by Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo on Thursday during a working visit by President Tinubu to the state.
Governor Soludo made the declaration at the Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka, where the President was attending to official matters. Soludo highlighted the shared ideals between APGA and the All Progressives Congress (APC), suggesting that both parties would work together in the upcoming election. According to Soludo, the alliance between the two parties is built on their mutual belief in progressivism.
“Progressives are working together,” Soludo stated, marking a key moment in the political landscape as APGA aligns with the APC ahead of the 2027 race for the presidency.
