JUST IN: ANSIEC Sets Date for Anambra Local Government Elections
The Anambra State Independent Electoral Commission (ANSIEC) has officially announced that local government elections in Anambra State will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024. This announcement was made public through a press release signed by the Chairman of ANSIEC, Magistrate Genevieve Osakwe, and shared on the official Facebook page of Anambra New Media.
The release calls on all registered political parties and the general public to take note of the election date. Additionally, the election timetable and schedule of activities will be available for collection at the ANSIEC headquarters starting from Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
