“I’m Done with Cheating” – Davido Declares in Candid Interview

Afrobeat superstar Davido has publicly stated that he is no longer involved in any form of infidelity. The award-winning singer made the declaration during a recent appearance on *The Breakfast Club*, where he opened up about his personal life and past controversies.

Davido, who has faced multiple cheating allegations before and after his 2023 marriage to Chioma, admitted that his past actions have led to significant complications. “I said I’m not cheating again. I no dey cheat again. You no hear wetin I talk? I said I don’t want any wahala. Cheating comes with lots of problems,” he said.

He went on to speak about the challenges that come with having children by different women, revealing, “I have five kids with four women.” The singer also referenced family dynamics, pointing out that even within wealthy families like his, polygamy hasn’t necessarily brought peace. “My uncle that’s a governor has two wives. Another of my uncles said that all his wives lived with him, and they played with each other. But upon all the money, there’s still wahala.”

Davido concluded by reaffirming his commitment to monogamy, adding, “I’m not cheating again. And I can’t have another wife.”
