I was once a video camera operator – Engr Adedeji Doherty

In a recent interview with the Chairman People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Lagos State Chapter Engr Adedeji Doherty, he revealed that he was once a video camera operator and that he was inspired by his father.

During the interview, he said,

“My Late Father always told me that the prerequisites of success must include”:

Staying Persistent!

Staying Focused!

Honesty!

Hard work!

And above all, being Prayerful.

He continued by saying “Who would believe that I was once a Video Coverage Event Operator”.

“I made my first income as a video coverage operator with the equipment in the picture and I can recall that my first big contract, was a job given to me by the Late Alhaji Azeez Arisekola Alao in Ibadan”.

“It was to cover his attendance of the Coronation of Late Chief Moshood Kashimawo Abiola as the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland at the Alafin Of Oyo’s Palace in Oyo State”.

“This all happened in 1988.
And 32 years later, I am standing with a long time friend and Associate, the Present Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams”.

May his reign bring us Peace in Yorubaland! Amen
