Afrobeats singer Kcee has opened up about his past romance with Nollywood actress Ebube Nwagbo, recalling that they were once the talk of the town and nearly got married. In a recent appearance on the *Tea With Tay* podcast hosted by Temisan Emmanuel, Kcee reminisced about his younger days when he was frequently in the spotlight for his relationships with actresses.

He explained, “My scandals were before social media became rampant. I was just a young boy dating one actress. Me and actresses were always headlining the papers. I loved actresses back then. Who wouldn’t?” Kcee specifically mentioned his relationship with Ebube Nwagbo, saying it was one of the most publicized in the media. He added, “Our relationship was everywhere; Ebube Nwagbo. Our relationship was always on the front covers of newspapers. And we usually sat on the front row of every red carpet show.”

Kcee also revealed that he and Ebube were once very close to tying the knot, though something caused their relationship to fall apart. “We were close to getting married. Whatever that happened, happened,” he stated.

Kcee, who married his wife Ijeoma in 2010, is now a father of two children. As for Ebube Nwagbo, the actress is currently single. Over the years, the media has speculated about her romantic life, linking her to several men, including Ogbonna Nwankwo, Emmanuel Emenike, and Ray Emordi.
