Gunmen Abduct Three Deeper Life Members Returning from Bible Study
Three members of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry were abducted by suspected kidnappers on Monday evening in the Kasemola area, along the Ogbese axis of Akure North Local Government Area, Ondo State. The victims were reportedly returning home from a Bible study session when they were ambushed.
A message circulated among church members urged for prayers and divine intervention. It read: “Good morning beloved, kindly pray along with us. Three of our members were kidnapped yesterday after Bible study at Kasemola inside Ogbese axis. We need divine intervention.”
In response, the spokesperson for the Ondo State Police Command, Ayanlade Olushola, confirmed the incident and said police operatives have been deployed to the forest in a search-and-rescue mission for the abducted victims.
