Grammy-Winning Rapper, Killer Mike, Arrested Moments After Triumph
Renowned rapper Killer Mike found himself in handcuffs shortly after clinching three prestigious awards at the 66th Grammys.
Senior Hollywood Reporter writer Chris Gardner reported that the arrest unfolded at Crypto.com Arena, where the main Grammy categories were being telecast. Gardner, sharing a video of law enforcement officers leading Killer Mike away, exclaimed on his X handle, “Breaking: Rapper Killer Mike has been taken away in handcuffs in Crypto.com arena after winning 3 #Grammys during telecast (Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for ‘Scientists & Engineers,’ Best Rap Album for ‘Michael’). ‘Free Mike’ someone shouts as he walks past.”
