Executive jet Chairman writes Aviation minister apologises for using jet to ferry ‘useless people’
The Chairman/CEO of executive jet Sam Iwuajoku has written a letter of apology to the minister of aviation Hadi Sirika.
In the letter he explained that although they were granted a permit for Sunday, his staff informed him on Saturday that the minister of Works, Babtunde Raji Fashola was at the lounge and required a flight. He denied knowing that it was a bunch of useless people (referring to Naira Marley Chinonso Opara and others who flew with him.
The interesting thing is that Naira Marleys real name is Azeez Fasola. So it is possible Mr Iwuajoku just assumed it was the minister.
