Election Tribunal: Court Dismisses First Petition Against Tinubu, INEC
The Presidential Election Petition Court has dismissed the petition filed by the Action Alliance
The dismissal followed a request by the petitioners lawyer Oba Maduabuchi who told the court he was instructed by his clients to withdraw the petition
The respondents which include INEC, Bola Tinubu and his party APC did not oppose the motion for withdrawal.
The five member panel led by Justice Haruna Tsamani subsequently dismissed the petition.
