#EdoDecides2024: Olumide Akpata Loses Polling Unit to PDP’s Ighodalo in Edo Governorship Election
Olumide Akpata, the Labour Party (LP) candidate, has lost his polling unit to Asue Ighodalo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
At polling unit 11, Ward 06, Oredo LGA in Benin City, Ighodalo secured 41 votes, while Akpata, the former president of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), received 32 votes. Monday Okpebholo, representing the All Progressive Congress (APC), managed 19 votes.
