Drama as Women Affairs Minister Disrupts Event, Cites Fraud, Impersonation

The Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, dramatically intervened at a public event organized by Mela-Chiyoma PAT Limited, accusing the organizers of impersonating the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs.The incident, captured in a widely circulated video, shows Minister Kennedy-Ohanenye addressing the confused audience and pointing out the alleged fraud. “That makes it a fraud. So that’s why I’m standing here to explain this to everyone. She has been arrested. She should have reorganized herself, used her name to make the invitation, and used her name to do this, not to use the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs,” she stated.The minister took decisive action by halting the proceedings, asserting, “I can’t allow this program to continue. I’m sorry about it.”Kennedy-Ohanenye further explained the involvement of law enforcement, citing the seriousness of the matter. “We had to involve the police because this is pure impersonation, and the president is not happy about it.
